A: We want you to find your perfect fit! Please refer to our detailed Size Guide available on each product page. It provides specific measurements (in inches and centimeters) for bust, waist, and hips. We recommend measuring a well-fitting garment you already own and comparing it to our guide for the most accurate fit. Our denim is designed for the “sweet & cool” urban vibe, with some styles offering a snug fit and others a more relaxed silhouette.
Q2: Will the denim shrink after washing?
A: Our denim is made from high-quality cotton blends designed to minimize shrinkage. However, all cotton-based fabrics have the potential to shrink slightly. To preserve the size, color, and shape of your garment, we always recommend:
- Washing in cold water.
- Using a gentle cycle.
- Air drying flat or hanging to dry, away from direct heat or sunlight.
Q3: Is it normal for denim to fade?
A: Yes! Fading is a characteristic of authentic denim and adds to its unique personality and vintage appeal. The rate of fading depends on the dyeing process, how often you wear and wash the garment, and your washing habits. Washing your denim inside out and less frequently will help slow down the fading process if you wish to maintain the original color.
Q4: Why does my dark denim bleed color?
A: Dark and raw denim, in particular, may transfer some dye initially, especially onto lighter-colored shoes or bags. This is completely normal for high-quality, deeply dyed denim. To minimize color transfer, you can try soaking the garment in cold water with a small amount of vinegar before the first wear.

Q6: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. Therefore, we can only modify or cancel an order if you contact us within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.

A: We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Standard international shipping typically takes 10-20 business days. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as international customs can sometimes cause delays.

A: To keep our product prices as competitive as possible, we currently do not offer free shipping or free returns. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. A: We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. The item must be in its original condition. Final sale items (like intimate apparel) cannot be returned. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
