    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Please note that processing times may be longer during major sales or promotional periods.
  2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
    We are proud to offer worldwide shipping from our hub in Hong Kong. We partner with reliable international and local carriers, such as DHL, FedEx, and Hong Kong Post, to deliver your orders. The specific carrier for your order will be selected at our discretion to ensure the best balance of cost and efficiency.
  3. Shipping Costs & No Free Shipping Policy
    Please note that we do not offer free shipping services. All orders are subject to shipping fees. The final shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery destination and the weight of your package. The exact shipping fee will be displayed and charged at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  1. Shipping Times
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your package’s journey.

Estimated shipping times commence from the date of dispatch (not the order date). Please see the general guidelines below:

Standard International Shipping: 10 – 20 business days

Express International Shipping (if available): 5 – 10 business days

  1. Order Tracking
    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to get real-time updates on your package’s status.

  1. International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    As an international shipment, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by the customs authorities in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. AFRJEAD has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We are legally required to declare the full value of the merchandise on the customs form. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or declare a lower value. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

  1. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/unit numbers. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes; however, please be aware that some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and the delivery time may be longer.

  1. What If I’m Not Home?
    If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your package. After multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping the order will incur additional shipping fees.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages
    AFRJEAD is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
